RKA PA Minutes for Executive Board Meeting

  1. Nominating Committee/Elections

    1. Cannot be anyone who is running for a board position next year, Need a volunteer

    2. Expedited election, most likely

  2. Mini-grants

    1. Group of 11th grade teachers applied for a show

    2. Robin made a slide show of pictures from teachers and what they used the mini grants for

  3. Volunteers Needed!

    1. Mr. McGrath Memorial Run April 9, 8-11

      1. Committee asking PA for 180 Bananas and 180 Granola Bars

    2. Middle School Dance April 13, 5-8

      1. to sell refreshments

      2. try to get 6th grade parents to volunteer

    3. B-I-N-G-O Friday, April 29

  4. Fundraising

    1. Popcorn! Almost $5k profit

    2. Prom Dresses - Mr. Edmund will make a flyer

    3. Yankees Tickets

      1. Sale to begin next week

      2. Michelle will send something out

  5. Merchandise Updates - Marcia

    1. Have a sale for White Baseball tees at $10, Grey Baseball Tees for $15

    2. Have a pre-spring break sale so orders fulfilled before break

  6. Diane Salanto - Financial Report

    1. After popcorn fundraiser, budget in the positive

    2. There are expenses and fundraisers left

    3. We are financially stable
